1 any product returned for a refund, regardless of the reason for the return, is subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% .Due to our low prices and slim profit margins a restocking fee is necessary in order to cover expenses associated with processing product returns, cover non-refundable credit card fees and sales commissions , to reduce instances of defective merchandise that is actually purchased from another retailer yet being returned to us , and to replace used components so your return can be resold as a used or "open box" item .

2 all components, wire, cables, bolts, harness, knobs, bezels, manuals, warranty cards (if applicable) must be returned for a refund, exchange or repair . “NO EXCEPTIONS" credit or refund is issued for returned products less a restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling is not refundable, even if merchandise is defective.
